ABBlast
30 minute low-impact workout for the core. Basic floor exercises designed to strengthen and sculpt the abdominals.
CardioPump
An hour of high energy, moderate intensity cardio and weight training. Cardio and strength intervals are done to burn fat and promote muscle growth.
CoreCamp
An hour of high energy, moderate intensity core training. Strength intervals for the abs, back, and legs are done to promote better posture and to combat back problems.
FitCamp
High intensity sport’s conditioning class that focuses on improving strength, agility, and speed. You will use a variety of equipment during the workout which lasts 30 minutes to one hour.
FitBox
Cardiovascular workout using punches, kicks, and blocks to increase your heart rate. Work on endurance, strength and coordination. One hour.
Zumba
A Latin flavor fitness party. Interval training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and burn fat. One hour.
Pilates
Low- impact movements are performed to develop core strength and coordination. This class also improves posture and tones muscles. One hour.
PowerPump
Total-body strengthening and toning session for all of the major muscle groups. A variety of equipment will be used in this class. Low to moderate impact. 30 minutes to one hour.
Spinning
Indoor cycling. Low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout. One hour.
TurboKick
Cardio class using a combination of kickboxing, martial arts, dance, and high intensity drills. 30 minutes to one hour.
Yoga
Traditional Yoga postures and basic flexibility exercises. One hour.
